If you use this website, various personal data will be collected. Personal information is information that personally identifies you. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating by e-mail) may have security issues. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke an existing consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to data transfer
You have the right to get data that we process on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract transfered to you or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you require the direct transfer of data to another person in charge, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.
SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses, for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as a site operator, an SSL or TLS encryption. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser’s address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and the lock icon in your browser bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you submit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Information, blocking, deletion
You have the right to free information on your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For further information on personal data you can contact me at any time at the address given in the imprint.
Server log files
The provider of the site automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:
Browser type and browser version
used operating system
Referrer URL
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
IP address
A merge of this data with other data sources will not be done.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures

On our website you can subscribe to our free newsletter. In order to be able to send you these newsletters on a regular basis, we require the following information from you, which is processed when you sign up for the respective newsletter:
– e-mail address
– Information about effective registration
As part of the registration , we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. We will only send you the newsletter if you confirm your registration via a confirmation e-mail sent to you for this purpose using the link contained therein. It is made sure that only you as the owner of the specified e-mail address can subscribe to the newsletter. Your confirmation must be made promptly, within 7 days after receiving the confirmation e-mail, otherwise your newsletter subscription will be automatically deleted from the database.
The newsletters sent to you contain so-called counting pixels. Based on the embedded pixel, it can be detected if and when an email was opened by a data subject and which links in the email were accessed by the data subject. Such personal data collected via the counting pixels contained in the newsletters will be stored and evaluated by the controller in order to optimize the delivery of newsletters and to better adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the data subject.
The processing of your data processed for the newsletter is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO on the declaration of consent to be issued by you:
“I agree that I receive the newsletter and I know that I can unsubscribe anytime. For more information, go to privacy.”
The legal basis for the processing of data on the counting pixels is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Your data stored for the newsletter will be stored as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscribing from or revoking your consent to the newsletter, your data will be deleted automatically. The given consent to the newsletter can be revoked at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.
